Location. The Best Western Queens Hotel Hamburg is located in the business district in Hamburg, Germany, within 500 metres of the Stadtpark, where there are open-air concerts in summer and a swimming lake. The nearest S-Bahn station is about one kilometre away, and the main railway station is eight kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. With a covered entrance leading to a large lobby area, the Best Western Queens Hotel has plenty of seating for guests, complimentary newspapers and a gift shop. The hotel has a relaxation area with a sauna, steam room and solarium.

There are two restaurants at the Best Western Queens Hotel Hamburg. The smart, modern Windsor offers international dishes and fine wines and serves lunch and dinner. A buffet breakfast is also available for a surcharge. The more casual Stoertebeker offers snacks and regional dishes. There is also a pub with a garden terrace.

There are seven conference and small meeting rooms offering facilities for a variety of events, including full business services.

From Hamburg International Airport (HAM):
 Distance to Best Western Queens Hotel Hamburg is 4.5 kilometres, approximately 10 minutes' drive. 

Getting there. Taxis from the airport to Hamburg city centre cost approximately 15 EUR-20 EUR, and journey time is around 10-15 minutes. Yellow Airport Express buses run every 20 minutes from Terminals 1 and 4 to Hamburg's central station (Hauptbahnhof). Single tickets cost 5 EUR and the journey takes 30 minutes. The number 26 bus passes by the hotel on its way to Dakarweg. Subway line U1 and rail lines S11 and S1 run from this station. Private shuttle services travel to destinations across Hamburg. Prices are all subject to change. 

Getting around. Hamburg's public transport system (HVV) includes underground trains (U- Bahn), rapid transit trains (S-Bahn), harbour ferries, and buses. Daily tickets entitle the user to unlimited travel on all public transport, including the airport bus (number 110). The centre is easy to explore on foot.
